My name is April Durel and I am an experienced independent transaction coordinator and the owner of Maxim Transaction Solutions. My journey in the real estate industry began about 18 years ago as a licensed agent in Georgia. I decided very early in my time as an agent that sales were not my jam. As a full-time HR administrative assistant at that time, I loved the idea of working in more of a supporting role. After a 17-year career in public education, I decided to pursue my love of real estate again but as a transaction coordinator.

I have recently partnered with Elite Closing Solutions in order to be able to offer my agent clients stellar contract-to-close services as well as listing management services. We currently have 42 transaction coordinators in 25 states so our reach is far and our level of experience is top-notch. My goal is to provide excellent customer service to real estate agents and their clients. I will coordinate all details in the process from the time the contract is signed to the closing.
